Success Stories
1. Dave Lamb Heating and Cooling Inc. - Damages to home and fixtures
On December 1, 2005 Dave Lamb heating and cooling inc. installed a brand new furnace in my home that I am currently not living. They were aware at that time that I was not living in the home and that I was selling the home. They took out the old furnace and installed the new one and everything seemed fine until, February of 2006, we had some bad weather and many people were without power.
Thank you for your help in this matter. Everything has been resolved to my satisfaction. Once again, Thank you.

2. Antamedia Software - full of Bugs
On September 2006 I bought (I live in NY) the antamedia Internet cafe Tracking system software from element5 for $369 (only download). We installed this software in our Internet cafe in Philippines on 45 Workstations and a server and is supposed to track the time users utilize our computers. Many users experienced frozen screens and pop-up windows and we immediately removed the software and everything was working fine (no frozen screens, or pop-ups). The Antamedia Forum recomended using older versions of that software. We stayed after hours (and paid the Mall overtime) and removed the software from every computer and re-installed the one that was recommended.
3. South Florida Pressure Cleaning & Painting of Coral Springs, Florida
We experienced two success stories once they publically filed complaints on beenfunkd.com.
There were two customers in particular that this company had dealt with that caused them aggravation and problems.
Once beenfunkd notified these customers, both customers called in response to what they read on the site.
They called South Florida directly and apologized for their behavior, rehired the company to do additional
work on their homes, and they now have a good relationship because of beenfunkd.com.
4. Lauren Ruggiero of Parkland, Florida
We wrote beenfunkd to publically file a complaint against a hurricane shutter company who took $1,400 of their money.
A year ago, they had hired the shutter company to start the process of placing new hurricane shutters on their home.
The company required a deposit of $1,400. The Ruggiero's gave them their money and they never spoke to or saw this company again.
The Ruggerio's didn't know what to do or who to turn to. Once they discovered this site, they recorded their
situation publically, helping to warn others of their misfortune.
Beenfunkd contacted the hurricane company whom immediately,
due to their public display of dishonest behavior, called The Ruggiero's, apologized, and returned their $1,400.
